I. OLD DAM PARK

A. Lock & Dam Control Building #47:

(1) Newburgh non-profit organizations - $30.00 per day.

(2) All others - $120.00 per day. ($100.00 Deposit and Use Agreement Required). 

B. East House & West House:

 Subject to use by the general public upon request.

C. Grounds:

Special events may be held with prior approval from the Park Board.

D. Boat Launching/Retrieving and/or parking on lower level:

$4.00 per day. A season pass will also be available for $35.00 during the months of January, February, March.  After March 31, the pass will be $45.00.  After September 1, the pass will be $25.00.  All passes expire on December 31.

II. NEWBURGH COMMUNITY PARK

A. Swimming Pool: Telephone 853-0051

(1) General Admission $3.00, Senior Citizens $1.50, (55 yr. & older) 2 yr & under Free.

(2) Punch Pass - $70.00 for 30 admissions.

(3) Single Pass - $35.00 advance/$45.00 after pool opens for Town Residents or $55.00

advance/$65.00 after pool opens for persons outside Newburgh City Limits.

(4) Family Pass - $80.00 advance/$100.00 after pool opens for Town Residents or $100.00

advance/$120.00 after pool opens for persons outside Newburgh City Limits.

(unlimited for immediate family living in same household).

(5) Private Parties - (after regular pool hours).  Call the pool for details.

Passes are good only for the season the pass was purchased.

B. Shelter House:

(1) Newburgh non-profit organizations - $30.00 per day.

(2) All others - $30.00 per day.

C. Tennis Courts and Basketball Courts

The courts are open for use on a first come basis; however, they may be reserved for special events through the Park Board.
